Shipping & Returns
Damaged products: While we package our items very carefully to avoid any damage during shipment, sometimes an item may arrive slightly damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us right away so we can get you a replacement as quickly as possible. We may request a photo of the damaged item(s), and we may ask that you return the damaged item(s) to us using a prepaid mailing label.
Change your mind? If you decided you no longer want your order, we will happily accept a return within 30 days with proof of purchase. If you are returning your order because you have changed your mind, you will be required to send the order back to us and you will need to pay for the cost of shipping. Once we receive the items with the proof of purchase we will issue a refund to the original credit card used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to post to your account.
All items sent back to us must include the original purchase receipt along with your full contact information.
